The ‘Egg’, ear pendants are crafted in 18K gold, hallmarked in Cyprus. This stunning pair of earrings  comes in a highly polished finish and features pink Sapphires totalling 0.14 cts. They are very easy to wear and feel very comfortable on the ear. They sway elegantly around the neck and their  suspended, fringed bottoms add extra allure to their charming movement.  The eggs symbolise life because they enclose nascent life to emerge from them. They are also symbolic of new beginnings, fertility, resurrection, and eternal life; hence the custom of giving eggs as gifts at Easter, the celebration of Christ’s resurrection and the awakening of nature. The ‘Egg’, ear pendants are part of Maria Kotsonis’s ‘Breeze’ collection that takes inspiration from the refreshing and playful element of Air.
