These Art Deco diamond drop earrings are a dream come true. Dainty and delicate, with an airy design crafted in 14k white and yellow gold. Two diamonds are set in each earring, one at the top in a canted white gold square, the other at the bottom floating within a frame of exquisitely engraved white gold. An elegant openwork foliate flourish links the two. The two-tone metalwork gives these earrings wonderful depth. One point of articulation gives them nice movement, all the better to catch the light. They are finished with comfortable and secure lever back ear wires. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are superb in these lovely and wearable earrings. Circa 1920.
