An excellent example of a painted Sarouk proper to the era. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, cochineal red, ivory, sky blue, beige, dark navy blue, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. One or two very minor old signs of moth bites. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian American Sarouk rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage.
